A Message from Our Founder
I have always believed that great businesses start with founders who see a problem differently — and have the courage to build a solution. After more than three decades in business, I know that the journey from an idea to a successful company is rarely straightforward. It takes determination, the right people, experience, and often the right partner at the right moment.
I started my entrepreneurial journey in Berlin in the early 1990s. Since then, I have had the opportunity to build, invest in, and partner with businesses across a wide range of industries — from trading, food & beverage and gastronomy to real estate, technology, energy efficiency, and cryptocurrencies.
These experiences have shaped the way I look at businesses and, more importantly, at founders. I look for people who understand real problems, see opportunities where others may not, and are committed to building solutions that can create lasting value.
This is the thinking behind XDAZ Ventures.
Today, I want to work alongside ambitious founders at an early stage, particularly those developing practical solutions that can improve the way industries operate through automation, artificial intelligence, and digitalization.
For me, venture investment is not simply about providing capital. It is about partnership. It is about bringing experience, resources, business connections, and strategic support together with the energy and vision of a founder.
At XDAZ Ventures, we want to be there early — when the idea is taking shape, when the first solution is being built, and when the foundations for a scalable business are being created.
